Afseem is a Qatar-focused e-commerce and local marketplace platform designed to connect customers with participating grocery stores, restaurants and other local businesses.

Afseem provides technology that allows customers to discover participating merchants, browse products and submit orders.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Afseem does not normally own, manufacture or directly provide the products offered by participating merchants.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws to use Afseem.

By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to use the contact details and information submitted to Afseem.

If you are using Afseem on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to do so.

You may use Afseem to discover participating merchants and products and to submit legitimate orders.

You must not use Afseem to:

• Submit fraudulent or false orders.
• Provide misleading or inaccurate information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Interfere with the operation or security of Afseem.
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the platform.
• Upload or transmit malicious software.
• Use the platform for unlawful activities.
• Attempt to misuse another person's account or information.

Participating merchants are independent businesses responsible for the information they provide about their stores, products and services.

Merchant information may include business name, location, product descriptions, prices, availability, images and other relevant information.

Afseem may rely on information supplied by merchants and cannot guarantee that every merchant-provided detail will always be complete, current or error-free.

Products displayed on Afseem are generally supplied and sold by participating merchants.

Product prices, availability, quantities, descriptions and promotions may be determined by the relevant merchant.

Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Afseem does not guarantee that all products displayed on the platform will remain available at the time an order is submitted.

When you submit an order through Afseem, the order information may be transmitted to the relevant merchant for review and fulfilment.

The merchant may confirm, reject or contact you regarding the order depending on product availability and other circumstances.

The merchant may also contact you regarding substitutions, quantities, delivery arrangements or other order-related matters.

Under the standard Afseem business model, payment for an order is made directly to the participating merchant using the payment method offered by that merchant.

Afseem does not normally collect customer payments for orders fulfilled directly by participating merchants unless a different payment arrangement is expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for completing payment according to the payment instructions provided by the relevant merchant.

Participating merchants are generally responsible for preparing and delivering their own orders unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the merchant, location, traffic, product availability, weather and other circumstances.

Afseem does not guarantee a specific delivery time unless such guarantee has been expressly provided.

Customers should provide accurate delivery information and remain available to receive their orders.

Cancellation, refund, replacement and return policies may depend on the relevant merchant and the nature of the product or order.

Customers should contact the relevant merchant regarding product-specific issues, including damaged products, missing items, incorrect items, product quality or other fulfilment problems.

Afseem may assist in facilitating communication between customers and merchants where appropriate.

Participating merchants remain responsible for their products, services and fulfilment activities.

Merchants are responsible for:

• Product quality and safety.
• Accurate product information.
• Product pricing.
• Product availability.
• Order preparation.
• Packaging.
• Delivery arrangements.
• Payment collection where applicable.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Customer service relating to their products and orders.

Afseem may use WhatsApp API or other communication technologies to transmit order information to participating merchants.

By placing an order, you understand that relevant order information may be shared with the merchant for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order.

Merchants may contact customers directly regarding their orders, including product availability, substitutions, delivery and other order-related matters.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when using Afseem.

This may include your name, mobile number, delivery location, order information and other details required to fulfil an order.

You must not use Afseem in a manner that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others or interferes with the platform.

Unless otherwise stated, the Afseem website, platform, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to Afseem.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or exploit Afseem's intellectual property without prior written permission.

Merchant trademarks, logos, product images and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Your use of Afseem is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you use our platform.

By using Afseem, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.

We aim to keep Afseem available and operational, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.

Afseem may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet connectivity, security issues, third-party services or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Afseem provides a technology platform that connects customers with independent merchants.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Afseem is not responsible for matters that are solely within the control of a participating merchant, including:

• Product quality.
• Product safety.
• Product availability.
• Food preparation.
• Incorrect products.
• Merchant pricing.
• Merchant delivery.
• Merchant payment arrangements.
• Merchant conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reasonably indemnify and hold Afseem harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of Afseem.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized activities conducted through your use of the platform.

Afseem may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the platform where reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity or creates a security or legal risk.

We may also suspend services temporarily where necessary for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

Afseem may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, legal requirements or technology.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate.

Your continued use of Afseem after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.

Any dispute relating to the use of Afseem shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts of the State of Qatar, where applicable.
